Boot Camps in Bedford Park

Looking for a way to get fitter, stronger and more energised outside the gym? My outdoor Boot Camps in Bedford are designed to challenge you, build your fitness and help you feel great — whether you’re just getting started or already training regularly.

These sessions combine functional training, cardio, bodyweight exercises and full-body circuits to give you a tough but accessible workout in a supportive environment.

Current Session Times

I’m currently launching with two weekly sessions from 13th May 2026:

Friday – 12:00 noon, Bedford Park
A lunchtime session designed to break up the working day, boost your energy and get a great workout done before the afternoon begins.

Sunday – 8:00am, Bedford Park
An early start for those who want to get their training done before the day gets away from them. A great way to set the tone for the rest of your Sunday.

What to Expect

Each session is built to help improve fitness, burn calories, build strength and increase confidence. Expect a mixture of bodyweight work, conditioning drills, functional movements and team-style training that keeps things enjoyable while still pushing you.

No two sessions are exactly the same, but every one is designed to leave you feeling like you’ve worked hard and achieved something.

Who Are They For?

These boot camps are suitable for most fitness levels. Exercises can be adapted where needed, so whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to improve your general fitness or simply want something different from the gym, you’ll be able to take part.
