Description
Small group PT sessions provide you with the supportive environment of a class but with more personalised coaching.
Limited to 6 spaces, each week’s session will be a little different but is always focussed on toning and developing strength, using different exercises and techniques with close monitoring of progress.
Each session takes place in PureGym Bedford Height’s main studio
For as long as you’re attending the Small Group PT sessions you will also have access to my coaching app where you will be set challenges, be able to log workouts, diet, nutrition, body metrics and more.
Runs every Thursday* 6.30-7.30am. Price includes all four session. Missed a date? Don’t worry, pay a reduced price for the remainder of the month.
